Install, login, access, and environment support.

Browser extension install and activation

Install the Chrome extension and pin it to your toolbar. Click the icon on any page to toggle the floating assistant panel.

Logging in with Google (popup auth flow)

Click “Continue with Google.” A secure popup opens to authenticate. After sign‑in, your browser receives a short‑lived token and the assistant unlocks.

Requesting access if you’re not yet authorized

From the login screen, choose “Sign Up” and submit your clinic name, clinician emails, and EMR details. You’ll receive confirmation once your clinic is provisioned.

Supported environments and minimum versions

Chrome on desktop is recommended. The extension checks for updates automatically. Your org may require a minimum supported version to ensure compatibility.
