Clinical Note Generation
Generate structured notes with control.
Choosing doctor type (pediatric, lactation, family)
- Select your mode before generating: pediatric, lactation, or family medicine.
- Each mode uses a specialty‑tuned prompt and default template tailored to its clinical documentation style.
- You can switch modes per note; your last choice is remembered for convenience.
Detail levels and how they impact output
- Level 1 (Concise): Essential clinical facts; shorter narrative; lower creativity. Best for brief follow‑ups.
- Level 2 (Standard): Balanced detail and brevity; suitable for most encounters.
- Level 3 (Thorough): Extended narrative and deeper context; best for complex cases.
Custom templates: view, update, reset
- View current template: open Settings → Templates; your specialty’s template is shown.
- Update: paste or edit your preferred structure and phrasing; save to apply to future notes.
- Reset: restore the default clinically curated template for your specialty at any time.
Best practices to improve note quality
- Keep audio clear, minimize crosstalk, and capture the full HPI and plan.
- Add short “user context” before generating (e.g., chronic conditions, care goals).
- Pick the correct mode and detail level for the encounter type.
- Review and adjust the generated note; confirm meds, dosing, and red flags.
