Creating phrases/standard treatments (authorized roles)

Authorized users can add:

• Phrases: reusable Assessment/Plan text blocks.
• Standard Treatments: structured clinical care blocks associated with an ailment or stage.

Provide a clear title and clinically vetted content before saving.

Clinic sharing considerations

• Saved items are accessible to your clinic (subject to your organization’s sharing policy).
• Keep content de‑identified, generalizable, and aligned with clinic standards.
