Contact for access and admin requests
Reach your clinic admin or your deployment’s support channel (e.g., support alias provided during onboarding).
Security reporting
Report security concerns to your deployment’s security contact (e.g., security@pulsestack.com) with as much detail as possible.
Logging and diagnostic info to include
Timestamp/timezone, browser and OS versions, extension version, a short description of steps taken, relevant page/EMR, and whether the issue is reproducible.
