Login issues and token verification
Ensure pop‑ups are allowed, try again, or re‑authenticate. If unauthorized, request clinic access. If token expired, log in again.
Audio upload/transcription failures
Check mic permissions and input device. For large files, retry (uploads resume). If transcripts are incomplete, try chunked transcription.
Note generation/billing errors
Re‑run generation with clear context and correct specialty/detail level. For billing, verify visit type, duration, and diagnoses are set.
Vector DB/RAG unavailable scenarios
Medication suggestions degrade gracefully to LLM‑only. If dosing retrieval fails, verify inputs or use trusted references.
Extension version compatibility
If features appear disabled, update the extension to meet the minimum supported version.
